SUMMARY:One Day Symposium
DESCRIPTION:On 26th September 2020\, we will broadcasting our first virtual Symposium across the World Wide Web. We have 4 presentations and are pleased to announce: \nAlison Jolley\, ‘Consumed with a wild patriotism’: Will Lawrence in the Royal Flying Corps \nDr. Rob Johnson\, Lawrence of Arabia’s War\,  the campaign in the desert. \nJohn Johnson Allen\, ‘The Best Years of my Life’\, Lawrence’s maritime achievements. \nCharlotte Berry\, Ben Taylor and Lucy Smith\, Magdalen College Archives. The archivists will take us through the latest developments with the Lawrence\, Hogarth and Jeremy Wilson archives. \nThe video/sharing platform is being finalised and the start time will be 10.00 UK Summer time ( 09.00 GMT) \nFurther details will be updated as soon as possible and all participants who register will be e mailed details of how to participate.
