DESCRIPTION:Sunday 10th March at 2000 (UK time) via Zoom \nMembers are invited to join the Chairman\, Kevin Winter\, as he hosts a discussion with a number of authors of books on TEL and related subjects\, all of whom are Society members\, These include: \n\nLorraine Tinsley\, author of The Uncrowned King & the Desert Queen.\nJoe Berton\, author of T.E. Lawrence and the Arab Revolt: An Illustrated Guide.\nJohn Johnson-Allen\, author of T.E. Lawrence and the Red Sea Patrol.\nPhilip Walker\, author of Behind the Lawrence Legend: The Forgotten Few Who Shaped the Arab Revolt.\n\nThe talk will explore what the inspirations were behind the books\, how and where the research took place\, what were the challenges of the authors approach and what surprises or insights they gained\, amongst other questions. Members will have their own chance to pose questions to the authors via the Zoom chat facility\, which will be posed to them at the end of the discussion. \nThe talk will take place on Sunday 10th March at 20:00 UK time and there is a limit of 100 attendees.’ \nFor a link to the zoom meeting\, please email our Chairman at chairman@telsociety.org.uk. \n
